Product Description

C Bru - Lps Antibody Cassette Rapid Test Kits Accuracy Rate Reached 98%

Application:

C. Bru-LPS Antibody Rapid Test Cassette (Whole Blood/Serum /Plasma) is a sandwich lateral flow immunochromatographic assay for the qualitative detection of canine brucella LPS antibody (C.Bru-LPS Ab) in canine’s whole blood or serum and plasma.

Description:

C.Bru-LPS Antibody Rapid Test Cassette is based on sandwich lateral flow immunochromatographic assay. The test cassette has a testing window. The testing window has an invisible T (test) zone and C (control) zone. When sample is applied into the sample well on the cassette, the liquid will laterally flow on the surface of the test strip. If there is enough canine brucella LPS antibody in the sample, a visible T line will appear. The C line should always appear after a sample is applied, indicating a valid result. By this means, the cassette can accurately indicate the presence of canine brucella LPS antibody in the sample.

How to use?

  • Collect canine’s fresh whole blood, or separate serum or plasma from blood as soon as possible to avoid hemolysis. Only use clear, non-hemolyzed specimens. Do not leave the specimens at room temperature for prolonged periods. Serum and plasma specimens may be stored at 2-8 °C for up to 3 days. For long term storage, serum and plasma specimens should be kept below -20°C.
  • Place the test cassette on a clean and level surface.
  • For serum and plasma: Hold the dropper vertically and draw the specimen up to the Fill Line (approximately 5 µL), and transfer the specimen to the specimen well (S) of the test cassette, wait for 8-10 seconds, then add 2 drops of buffer (approximately 80 µl) and start the timer.

For whole blood: Hold the dropper vertically, draw the specimen above 1 cm above the Fill Line, and transfer 1 drop of whole blood ( approximately 10 µL) to the specimen well (S) of the test cassette, wait for 8-10 seconds, then add 2 drops of buffer (approximately 80 µL) and start the timer.

  • Read the result in 5-10 minutes. Do not interpret results after 15 minutes.
  • C Bru - Lps Antibody Cassette Rapid Test Kits Accuracy Rate Reached 98% 0

INTERPRETATION OF RESULTS
Positive: The presence of both C line and T line, no matter T line isclear or vague.
Negative: Only clear C line appears.
Invalid: No colored line appears in C zone, no matter whether T line appears.
