Product Description

The Canine FT4 Test Cassette (Serum/Plasma) is a lateral flow

immunochromatographic assay for the quantitative detection of Canine

Free Thyroxine (FT4) in canine’s serum or plasma using Fluorescence

Immunoassay Analyzer.

For veterinary use only

The Canine FT4 Test Cassette detecting Canine free Thyroxine(FT4) in

serum/plasma specimens based on competition fluorescence immunoassay.

In this test, canine FT4 is coated on the test line region of the test. During

testing, the specimen reacts with the canine FT4 antibody that is conjugated

with fluorescent microspheres. The mixture migrates up the membrane to

react with the canine FT4 on the membrane. The concentration of canine

FT4 s in the sample canine FT4 relates with the fluorescence signal

intensity captured on the T line,which can be scanned by fluorescence

immunoassay analyzer. The testing result of canine FT4 will be displayed

on the fluorescence immunoassay analyzer screen.
