Product Description

The Feline FT4 Test Cassette (Serum/Plasma) is a lateral flow

immunochromatographic assay for the quantitative detection of Feline Free

Thyroxine (FT4) in Feline’s serum or plasma using Fluorescence

Immunoassay Analyzer.

For veterinary use only

The Feline FT4 Test Cassette detecting Feline FT4 in Serum/Plasma

specimens based on competition Fluorescence Immunoassay. In this test,

Feline FT4 is coated on the test line region of the test. During testing, the

specimen reacts with the Feline FT4 antibody that is conjugated with

fluorescent microspheres. The mixture migrates up the membrane to react

with the Feline FT4 on the membrane. The concentration of Feline FT4 in

the sample Feline FT4relates with the fluorescence signal intensity

captured on the T line , which can be scanned by Fluorescence

Immunoassay Analyzer. The testing result of Feline FT4 will be displayed on

the Fluorescence Immunoassay Analyzer screen.
