Application:
CE Antibody Rapid Test Cassette (Serum/Plasma) is a sandwich lateral flow immunochromatographic assay for the qualitative detection Hydatid antibody (CE Ab) in serum and plasma.
Description:
CE Antibody Rapid Test Cassette is based on sandwich lateral flow immunochromatographic assay. The test cassette has a testing window. The testing window has an invisible T (test) line region and C (control) line region. When sample is applied into the sample well on the cassette, the liquid will laterally flow on the surface of the test strip. If there is enough Hydatid antibody in the sample, a visible T line will appear in the T line region. The C line should always appear after a sample is applied, indicating a valid result. By this means, the cassette can accurately indicate the presence of Hydatid antibody in the sample.
How to use?
INTERPRETATION OF RESULTS
Positive: The presence of both C line and T line, no matter T line is clear or vague.
Negative: Only clear C line appears.
Invalid: No colored line appears in C line region, no matter whether T line appears.
